Does anyone blog anymore? I honestly have no idea. I feel
like blogging may be akin to something like VHS tapes or DVD’s, after a couple
of years of popularity something else comes along that is cooler. So, if
there’s something out there that is cooler than blogging, by all means, let me
know. I’m not quite as hip and with it as I used to be.
This isn’t my first foray into blogging. A couple of years
ago I had a ‘fashion blog’. And when I say ‘fashion blog’ I actually mean, I
had a blog where I posted pictures of things that I thought were cute. That was
about it. I also had a personal blog where I tried really hard to post about
things that mattered, but all my posts really consisted of was me rambling and
then adding a picture of Zac Efron at the end of it. Classy, eh? In my defense
the ‘man candy’ pictures did get comments every so often.
So, here I am, many, many years later, starting to blog,
again. I honestly feel like I am a different person now. I am definitely older,
not necessarily wiser, and living a crazy different life than I ever thought I
would.
I am currently a very pregnant stay-at-home-mom of a crazy
active two-year old boy, SJ. I am due with our second child, a girl, at the
beginning of the year. My husband,
Devin, is currently a 3rd year medical student who is going to make
a fantastic doctor someday!
We belong to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints
and love it! We have a crazy 3-year-old mini schnauzer mix who makes life very
interesting.
Life is very interesting. We have moved around quite a bit, learned to live on the very meager funds of a medical student, had (almost) two kids and have many more changes coming in the near future!
